Instructor Andrew,

I totally missed your earlier post and your comments about Hand to Hand being "legendary".  Thanks for the kudos for my is indeed a great place to be.  Haven't been in awhile, but hopefully after I've had my back checked out I'll have a better idea of when I can return to training or what types of things I can do while waiting to get back full stream.

Thank you it was our pleasure to visit your school. Yes, I will be around through out the weekend. We have plenty kids competing and lots of catching up to do with our Kaju aiga (family).

Enjoy competing this weekend! Kaju tournaments are the best by far hands downs!
