Because of a recent incident, I feel I need to reiterate the policies of this forum so that it can remain running for the enjoyment of all here.
Specifically, plagerism and copyright infringement. We have had an incident where the copyrighted works of Kelly Rosato were reproduced without his express permission. Mr. Rosato (a Kajukenbo member) has threatened lawsuit if it was not removed. His works were promptly removed in compliance with his request.
The work was pulled from another source innocently enough without realizing the work itself was copyrighted. Let me emphasize that ANYTIME you copy material to post on this forum, PLEASE check with the original author to obtain permission and make sure you attribute proper credit to that person. If you are in doubt or cannot obtain that permission, do not post the works here.
