Greetings Everyone,
The Eric Lee and Cynthia Rothrock China Tour is currently in Chendu, China. So far we have done demos on the top of the Great Wall, inside the Forbidden City, and at the Shaolin Temple! In my wildest dreams, I never thought I would perform Kajukenbo at the Shaolin Temple!
Look how far we have come since Sijo Emperado and the others joined together to create our art. I performed Palama Set 4 on top of the Great Wall in honor of the late Joe Emperado and Palama Set 11 (nai han chi) in honor of our beloved Sijo.
At the Forbidden City and the Shaolin Temple I performed Palama Set 6, grab arts, and Alphabets in honor of my teachers: Tony Ramos, Cal Shin, Emil Bautista and Joe Davis. This has been an unbelievable experience. When I get back, I will write about the seminar Eric Lee did for me, my student Sihing Joe Quintela, and few others at the Shaolin Temple. The party at the Presidential Suite that Master Mark Gerry held, training in tai chi with one of the Olympic Team coaches, and much, much more.
