If an individual is banned from any particular media (web) site for various reasons, it has been decided by the owner and/or the board not to allow any post(s) pertaining to him/her and any affiliation for the members to read.

it is only through the "membership" that even allows the authority to b given...

the greeks hav a saying..."authority tells the man".  meaning, when someone is given authority, u will see what type of person they really r.  that is the point to where authority is recognized or not.
