I think there is a Sifu Ulysses Weakley in the Orlando area.  Not sure what method, though.  I think he's of the Leeward Kenpo schools, but not sure if he's still teaching.

My instructor (Mike Griffin) is in St Petersburg, FL but what he teaches definitely is not the Emperado Method.
I don't think he even uses the Kajukenbo name anymore.
