Back on subject, I got more beat up doing Kyokushinkai tournaments (bare knuckle knockdown Karate) and training in some Uechi Ryu Karate (Okinawan stuff) than I did doing Muay Thai in Thailand.  I think the Sabaki one is probably equivalent to the Kyokushin ones of before.  But was traditional Karate.  No woo woo stuff.

Me too! My kids almost know the song and they have not seen the video all they hear from me is "Sweep the leg, Johnny, sweep the leg, Jooohhhny"
