A friend of mine (Mark M) alerted me to the cool behind the scenes training and stunt work for the upcoming movie "300"

Thanks Gints.  This looks like it's going to be a good movie.

To clarify how to view the "spartan training" and "stunt work" (at least when I went to the web site, they may have changed it)

Select "Making of 300"
Select "Video journals"

Then that shows the trailers Gints mentions that you can view.

I have to say that the green screen "behind the scenes" videos really ruined other battle movies for me.  I rewatched "Troy" and noticed a similar "distant fantasy" feeling to the background scenery and people.   Now, everytime I watch a movie with backgrounds that are just too cool, I know they're not real.
