The Sun Never Sets on Kajukenbo!
« on: August 19, 2007, 02:08:10 PM »
I know we have some wonderful Kajukenbo historians here.  As I sat pondering a bit it dawned on me something that at one time was true with Britain, "The sun never sets on British soil".

With the widespread flame of Kajukenbo, would it be true at this time in our own history to say, "The sun never sets on Kajukenbo training" ?

What a cool thought...

Could this indeed be true?

Your thoughts and input are appreciated.

Might be a book title for someone down the line...   8)

Remeber you heard it hear first  ;) ;D

Respectfully,
Dean

Dean,

I look at it very simply and i'm sure it's not far from how many of us (hopefully) feel.

The most important place for Kajukenbo to live and grow is in my heart.  I teach, train, compete and share our art from my own heart.  As long as there is breath in my lungs and blood in my veins, you will find Kajukenbo living and alive in my heart.  With all of our Ohana spread out throughout the wide world, if it's in our hearts and we share that feeling and let it grow......

.....truly the sun will never set on Kajukenbo.

Thank you Sijo for this awesome gift!!!

I promise to share it.
