October 16, Thursday                  Training hours:  3 1/2

7am -9am Meet in the lobby of the hotel.  Jog across the street to Kapiolani Park for training  9:30am Breakfast 11am Short Tour, South-East side of the Island; to Palama Settlement to the original place where Kajukenbo historically began. Take a short small Island tour via the Pali Hwy., back to Waikiki About 3 and a half hours, via Ala Moana Shopping Center for Mid-afternoon lunch at the Food Court.  You’ll love this place.  Back to the Hotel for a short rest or play at the beach. 5:30PM to 7PM. Meet in the lobby of the hotel.  Jog across the street to Kapiolani Park for training. 7:30PM  Your free time except those that are involved with the WHKD meeting which will be on History and discussions on Research and Development.  Be sure that you get back in time and get some sleep to be ready for training the following morning.

October 17, Friday                 Training hours:   3 1/2

7am -9am Meet in the lobby of the hotel.  Jog across the street to Kapiolani Park for training  9:30am Breakfast 11am Long Tour, North-west of the Island, lunch and training on the North-West side of the Island on the beach park Haleiwa Big Surf town. Very scenic tour wirth lots of beaches to spot swim in.  6 hours trip 5:30PM to 7PM Training in Haleiwa on the beach 7:15PM  Casually head back to Waikiki and free time    

October 18, Saturday             Training hours:   3 1/2

7am -9am Meet in the lobby of the hotel.  Jog across the street to Kapiolani Park for training  9:30am Breakfast 11am Short Tour to Honolulu-China Town before we head up to Mount Tantalis over looking the entire Sourth side of Waikiki-Honolulu City .  Back to the Hotel for a short rest or play at the beach, or discover the sights and sounds of Waikiki during the day. 5:30PM to 7PM. Meet in the lobby of the hotel.  Jog across the street to Kapiolani Park for training. 7:30PM  Your free time except those that are involved with the WHKD meeting which will be on History and discussions on Research and Development.



October 19, Sunday Morning beginning at 10AM to 3PM Location of testing will be @ Sifu Al Dela Cruz Training Hall (Directions to be given or shown during the week of Arrival on Oahu) Candidates for Black Belt Testing:  York, Jay, Christa, Joe and Damon. Other lower rank may be testing as well from Honolulu and the West Coast and will be use as “helpers” or “dummies”. Sifu Dela Cruz will have his own class training from 3:30PM After his class is over, we will have a Potluck Dinner and Rank promotion at the same location.

 October 20, Monday             Training hours:   3 1/2

7am -9am Meet in the lobby of the hotel.  Jog across the street to Kapiolani Park for training  9:30am Breakfast 11am Short Hiking trip in the Jungle of Manoa Valley.  About 4 and a half hours)  Back in Waikiki via Ala Moana Shopping Center for Mid-afternoon lunch at the Food Court.  You’ll love this place.  Back to the Hotel for a short rest or play at the beach. 5:30PM to 7PM. October 23, Thursday  Morning

Free time until we depart in the afternoon for Maui .

October 24, Friday

7am -9am Meet in the lobby of the hotel for a quick jog or workout, than breakfast 9:30am Free tie to tour the Island of Maui or just hang out at the beach 7:00PM  Staff Meeting for those Instructors involved with the Kajukenbo Events. Meeting at the Maui Beach Hotel Conference Room (2nd Floor)

 OCTOBER 27, Monday Departure day for most of the group to the port of origin. However, some of us will be staying a few more days to relax, hang up and/or tour the Island.
