This is an interesting topic.
I took my classed out to the park every year in  the summer, till we couldn't see a punch any more then it was time to go back in.
yes it's great, my first promotion held in my school in Angels camp was in a cow pasture, with an old carpet spread out on top of cow pies.
And if I remember right Sifu Terry got promoted to purple there, it was a great sight GM Bautista, and several others sitting in a cow field in the middle of no where.
But the biggest prob, with that is the local red necks. that have a drink and want to fight all the guy in the funny pj's.
I've had to convince a few that it wouldn't be a good idea.

Actually I remember cow pies kind of flying with the kicks.  One pine tree for shade in the July.  Wonderful memories.  Lots of fun.
