I was hoping the question would spur people to pick priorities for training for that short time.  I know we train many things that may not help in that situation and that the stuff is fun and great to train, but it's good to think pure fight sometimes I think...

He is three to 4 inches taller than me and outweighs me by 30 pounds so he will have a longer reach and more power than I do in a striking situation so I don't want to strike with him. Because I am shorter I will have a leverage advantage when i get inside so I can get under him for the take down using the ground for extra leverage against a larger opponent.
So with that in mind assuming that it will be a one on one fight I would practice closing the distance with strikes, Practice my takedowns, practice my ground and pound, and practice my submissions. All four things can be done with a live opponent at as close to full speed as possible and with a partner as close to my opponents height and weight as possible so I could practice on a resisting opponent and work my technique and cardio at the same time against someone of similar body structure as my opponent.
There are alot of variables here assuming that even though it's a street fight because you and your opponent mutually agreed to meet 2 months later so you can both train for it i would assume no weapons would be involved you dont need two months to train if you are just going to shoot him or stab him. I am also assuming that it is an ego or pride thing seeing as how it was a planned fight and not a random encounter so I dont expect that this is a fight to the death in which i need to work permenant disabling blows like poking his eyes out or crippling blows that I can get sued for or thrown in jail for. I would just plan on a good old fashioned beatdown of my opponent and of course since we are all Kajukenbo family I would expect all my Kaju brothers to be there to back me up cause I would be there for you.
