Just wanted to ask the folks here on the forum about a book I just purchased. It's titiled KAJUKENBO *KSDI* and it's written by GM Garcia. It was published in May of 1987. Now this might be a stupid question (feel free to tell me if it is
) but it's not the same one that was being sold here on the cafe for $17.00 is it? I must say it has some really great historical photos and documents. I'm listing a few below.
1. A copy of GM Garcia's 5th Degree Black Belt Certificate.
2. A copy of a Certificate of Authority signed by Sijo.
3. Photograph of Joe Emperado's funeral procession with GM Asuncion in the procession.
4. Photograph of GM Forbach being hit by GM Reyes.
5. Photgraph of Rhonda Forbach testing for her Black Belt in front of GM Reyes. If I translated it right it says that she was the first female Black Belt of GM Reyes.
I asking for info on the book because I'm lookng to sell it for personal reasons. I would rather offer it here than on e-bay which is where I got it. I feel it would be a great additon to any Kajukenbo historian's collection. Thank you and Mahalo
