custom chief instructor belt makers

does anyone have information on places to order the chief instructor black belt ( black with red border )  I know eosin panther makes one, is there any others?

I went with Sifu Maurice Hornos of Hawaii who is affilicated with Chuanfa Sifu Professor Gerry Scott. Maybe contact him for more information
