Kajukenbo Technique of the Week

Use this thread to show us a technique from your Kajukenbo method/branch.  Or any particular technique you like. 
Load them up on "You Tube" or any other server you prefer, then post the link here. 
I'd be nice to have at least 1 technique a week.  But more would be nice, and less would be OK too. 
And don't worry about what rank you are.  Just get the camcorder out and have fun.

I have a question Mr. Bishop. Do all schools learn these differently? Because this is definitely the same form and same name, but we have a few other moves in Palama 1 that weren't in this video.

You'll see some minor variation in different schools, but usually nothing major enough to make the form unrecognizable.

There are several different moves in Palama #1 but look at it as self defense moves on variation of attacks.
