I just wanted to publically congratulate Sigung Tim Gagnier on his promotion to 7th Degree, which happened this last weekend at the Grandmaster Gaylord get-together.

Serene Terrazas,

Yes, Sigung Tim was from here in Oregon.  I have known him for the last 11 years.  He is a wonderful Martial Artist who has trained extensively in various Arts and compliments his Kaj training with them.  I am sorry that I did not get to go down to California, but work can be kind of a hassle sometimes.  I bet you all had a great time.
