Services for Sijo
« on: April 06, 2009, 10:14:58 PM »
Aloha everyone...
How beautiful to see the outpouring of love and respect for our Father and Founder Kajukenbo, Sijo Adriano Directo Emperado..
In the last two days I have had at least 200 phone calls about when and where Sijo will be layed to rest.
I can only tell you that GM Dechi will be flying into Maui tomorrow (4-7-09) and will be meeting with Sijo's children.
We are all waiting to hear when the services will be planned and as soon as I here from the family, I will let you all know when those times and dates are planned.  Whether there will be memorial services planned here on the mainland, I don't know at this time,but I'm sure there will be one.
Please be patient as you know this is a very hard time for the entire Emperado Family and I know they will inform us as soon as they know what is planned.
God Bless Sijo, God all of you & God Bless Kajukenbo

Aloha Everyone,
I am happy to hear everyone wants to have a memorial in their area.
As for any donation for Sijo, please wait until we hear from Senior Grandmaster George and the "entire" Emperado family so that we can send our donations to one memorial fund.
Thank you all,
See you in Hawaii;
Love you Sijo,
GM Gary Forbach
