It has as much ground work as you need it to have. The foundation is there and it can be added upon by those who have the proper understanding of KAJU. Just starting out again, however, I would advise you to follow your teacher's lead and concentrate on the foundation of our art first. If your teacher is cross training with you then that is OK but if he is not and you want to learn KAJU you should train KAJU. The basics can not be ignored.

chinman10, I know you're new to Kaju and to the cafe as well so let me let you in on a rule on the cafe. Please fill out your "signature" with your real name and the school or teacher you train under. Thanks
