Professor Tim Gagnier contact me about this guy offering the two year program to get a black belt in Kajukenbo and I tryed to contact him leaving a voice message with him and he never contacted me back but I was told he took it off graigs list, there was noting about my message of force just to let him know that people have work to hard to get a black belt with at least 5 years on the matt and that he would cause a problem for himself but more for his students and I hope that worked we need to not allow people to just give our belts away there are way to many that have work hard to get where we are today. When people start talking about the history of Kajukenbo and what belts they are then they should look at there self first and ask where did I come from in Kajukenbo what are my true roots and who did I learn under did I bleed a little on the matt for a bunch of years under a Kajukenbo instructor with great lineage or was I at the right place at the right time ( no disrepect unless someone fits in ).
Kajukenbo has not been around that long so when some one comes to my school and tell me they are a black belt or studied Kajukenbo it is really easy to find out by just asking a few questions and that is simple who was your instructor and who was his instructor and maybe by now who was his instructor since now we should have GGM,SRGM, and then grand masters.

Living in Salem I checked whether the Craigslist post about the 2 year Black belt program is still up and it is.

Ok, the 2 year Kajukenbo Black Belt program is back up on Craigslist:  http://salem.craigslist.org/lss/2841135617.html

I know multiple GM's and Professors were going to try to contact him, but not sure if anyone has had any luck yet.

Yeah, I guess he got married and moved here to Portland.  I am in Portland, so I take this even more personally.

Ok, Sigung Rodriguez has personally emailed me and I have replied to him directly.  Purely judging by his email, his intentions are missunderstood and he wants to be on the right path.  We will see.  I forwarded his email and my response to many of you.  I will keep everyone updated as to my interactions with him.  Hopefully this situation will be fixed, in the best interest of Kajukenbo as a whole, soon.

Ok, so he and I have had a few personal emails now.  He has pulled his ad.  That is a good start.  I will continue conversations with him to keep a feel of his motivations, etc.
