It is the Kyokushin Kai variation of the (Yasutsune) Itosu kata, Pinan Shodan.

Shishu, Anko (Yasutsune Itosu) (1831-1915) was the Okinawan teacher of Gichen Funakoshi and was the creator of the Pinan series Katas. Funakoshi had the Pinan (Heian) series as the basic forms of his Shotokan style.

This is a link to the Shotokan version.

Our Kuen # 4 is very similar to the Shotokan Version Sleddog  posted

That is one of my favorites.

Kajukenbo Protocol is a representation of our MIxed Martial Legacy especially in Pinans
Part of Kajukenbo Pinan 1 "Running Man Movement"
Part of Kajukenbo Pinan 12 "Kicks were added by Emperado to make it more to his Kajukenbo way of thinking
Or part of Kajukenbo Pinan 13, I believe that the Latter represents those moves best, forming the "I" moving stances.
You can see it as practicioners of Kajukenbo...
