At Home Training/Practice
« on: April 03, 2012, 01:04:51 PM »
Hello, Are there any decent DVD's that break down the steps of at least the blocks, punches, kicks, and beginner palama sets.

I'll definitely need a refresher and would be nice to make use of the grass in the backyard before the bears do, sadly 20-30 miles to the nearest Kajukenbo dojo a couple times a week doesn't work for the family.

Thank you.

I would highly recommend the WKO dvd's.  Not only do they do a great job of breaking things down, they also feature Sijo on them talking and demonstrating.

I also have the old panther dvd's from GM Forbach and those are a good reference also.
