Grandmaster Chuck Turner
« on: May 26, 2012, 12:40:59 PM »
From Professor Don Crummer:

"To all My Kajukenbo Brothers and sisters I am writing to you today to tell you of the most unhappy news, My teacher my brother my friend and my mentor Grand Master Chuck Turner passed away yesterday in a terrible accident when a tree branch fell on him at his house in Indiana. A true American hero in every sence of the word. A man that would always come to the aid of a friend in need, a man that taught me so much in his life, I will trully be in debt to his spirit for all of eternity. my eyes are to foggy to continue so i just want to say how much I love you GM Turner and how much I will miss you. Gods Speed and Know you will never be forgotten."

This is very sad news indeed.
I often speak of him to my students about being tough and working through the pain.
Those of you who know him know what I mean.
His name will continue to be spoken in the Kajupit
Be at rest my friend,
A BIG BOW AND HAND SALUTE.
