New black sash

Yesterday, I promoted Stuart Endo-Streeter to black sash, after a grueling 8 hour test.  GM Philip Gelinas, Prof Mike Sandos, and Prof Ben Fajardo were in attendance.  I will post links to pictures by the end of the week.
