"Master Richard Peralta" Facebook???

Anyone know who is running a FaceBook under the name "Master Richard Peralta"?  They requested me today.  I have not responded.  It appears that the page was just started yesterday.  From reading it, it does not appear to a memorial page or anything like that, but rather someone posing as GM Peralta.

I got the same thing yesterday.  Seems a little deceiving.  If the intentions are good, it would make more sense to title it as a memorial page.
