I'm living in a small country called Wales, I made a recent surprise visit to my hometown of fairfield to surprise my mom for thanksgiving. While visiting as I do most times I paid a visit to Reyes Kenpo to pay my respects. I showed up one evening to watch class, and pay my respects to Gm Reyes, as always I was greeted with open arms, thankyou Gm Reyes. While talking with Gm Reyes, he asked me if I wanted to come to the next class and train, I accepted the invite and showed the very next night. I was surprised my gi still fit and was probably 16 years since my last time training. As class began I was thinking how lucky I was to be training on the Reyes mats once again after so long. The exersizes were tough as I remembered and I was clumsy but I persevered, techniques were very rusty, but by by the end of training a lot was coming back to me. I struggled, but in the end I was so very glad that I attended class, just wanted to say thanks for letting me join in, it was a real pleasure. Hope I can do it again next time I'm back, and if kaju ever makes it to north Wales. I hope to be its first student. As always much respect, phil curry
