Exercise routine with broken foot
« on: August 23, 2014, 08:22:21 AM »
I'm currently in a walking boot(which might change to a short leg cast) after a fracture to the 5th metatarsal in my left foot. I'm 56 and typically workout 5-6 days/week plus 6 hours of MA.  I'm looking for a workout that I can do to at least maintain some level of fitness.

Thanks for any ideas

Thank you for the encouragement Professor Bono. I participated in class last evening from a chair. It brought some new insights to form and tricks.
