Hello sir.
No offense taken on my end and I didn't mean to sound rude or pushy.
I just seem to remember the signature thing being a requirement.
As for the safety of your daughters, I understand. Mine will be 13 in October.
I personally feel my child will have a better chance defending herself if she can take it -for real- as good as she dishes it out.
The youngest student I ever accepted was 10 years old and he didn't get to test for his black belt for 6 years.
He tested full-contact against 30 year old men in the 220 lb range and held his own at age 16 and about 150 lbs.
I have photos and videos online because like they say: "Pics or it didn't happen."
I usually don't train kids but I might make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Parents are required to sign additional waivers for kids to train with me because there are no "kids classes" - they train against adult men, as do women.
In almost 30 years, 2 women and one kid (16 year old boy) have managed to pass our black belt test along side / against grown men.
Many women and parents do not want training which is that rigorous or demanding and go somewhere else.
I'm happy with that. They would be wasting our time anyway.
However some Kajukenbo schools are "softer" than others, as mentioned below.
Talk to the instructors in question, watch a classes for a few weeks and see if it is what you are looking for.
Kajukenbo schools are not "all the same" like a taekwondo class might be. Check a few out.
Personally, I prefer realistic training and often have more respect and esteem for the rougher schools.
Your mileage may vary.
