What makes this an instructor's manual?
Which which lineages?

I found a description on Amazon. 
It just sounds like a reprint of Mr. Bishop's book maybe with different or updated photos.

I'm confused.

This book is a technical manual detailing original method Kajukenbo. All Palama Sets, grab arts, tricks, punch counters, and alphabets are presented step by step with pictures. There is some Kajukenbo history but it is foremost a technique manual. GM Whittle didn't try to survey or give an overview of other methods.

I don't see what matters what, just as long as it is of the kajukenbo discipline, good reading and also infornative as all books writen on KAJUKENBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ask because I spend a lot of money on a lot of books but I no longer buy something just because it has "Kajukenbo" in the name somewhere.
It matters because I cannot afford everything I would like.

I hear you there Dave and that has been my frustration also.  So to be specific, this book covers step by step the following from Reyes Method Kajukenbo via SGM Don Nahoolewa:

21 Trick Techniques
25 Grab Arts
10 Punch Counters
10 Club Defenses
10 Knife Defenses
10 2 Man Defenses
15 Combination Throws
26 Alphabet Techniques (A-Z)
Palama Sets 1-14

In addition GM Whittle included a series of 21 techniques we call Roll Defenses as well as some additional Kata/forms we do in our classes.  And of course all basic stances, striking, blocking, and Kicking techniques.  There is a lot of material in the book and IMO well worth the cost.

I have the book and well satisfied, also have Al Dacascos, Angel Garcia, John Bishop and Frank Conway's book, all interesting reading and to know that we are all in the same page of what was taught by Sijo and our pioneers!!!!!!!!!!
