The term "Chinese Boxing" covers just about anything that would be described as Chinese Gung Fu (or Kung Fu) that uses pugilism (Fists). I do not believe that there is any system that would be called Chinese Boxing, that could be learned under that name specifically.

As such, any Gung Fu or Kung Fu instructor would be able to help you in your quest.

Your area has many traditional and world class martial arts instructors. Adam Hsu offers Bagua, Pigua, Hsing I, Longfist and Original Chen Tai Chi. There is also Cung Le for San Shou, he is world class. Frank Shamrock, John Supulveda and the list goes on! If you can give more detail of your specific interest you might get a better match.
